HOSTER.AE DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

This Domain Name Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you, the person or entity registering a Domain Name and related services ("You") and hoster.ae, a reseller of 101domain.com registration services and is governed by ICANN's policies terms of service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By applying for the domain name registration and any other related services provided by us, you hereby affirmatively represent that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement.

2. Your Rights:

• You have the right to review this Agreement at any time, and download a copy for your records.
• You have the right to accurate and accessible information about the identity of your ICANN Accredited Registrar, any proxy or privacy service provider affiliated with your Registrar and the terms and conditions, including pricing information, applicable to domain name registrations and any privacy services offered by your Registrar.
• You have the right to know how to raise concerns and resolve disputes with your Registrar and any privacy services offered by them.

3. Your Responsibilities:

• You must comply with the terms and conditions posted by the Registrar, including applicable policies from the Registrar, the Registry and ICANN.
• You should review your Registrar's current Registration Agreement, along with any updates.
• You will assume sole responsibility for the registration and use of your domain name.
• You must provide accurate information for publication in directories such as WHOIS, and promptly update this to reflect any changes.
• You must respond to inquiries from your Registrar within fifteen (15) days, and keep your Registrar account data current. If you choose to have your domain name registration renew automatically, you also have to keep your payment information current.

4. No False Advertising or Deceptive Practices:

You shall not be subject to false advertising or deceptive practices by the Registrar or though any proxy or privacy services made available by the Registrar. This includes deceptive notices, hidden fees, and any practices that are illegal under the consumer protection law of your residence.

5. Agreement Changes:

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change or modify parts of these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after the changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between us, superseding any prior agreements between us regarding your use of our services.
